Mitchell H. Boardman
Mr. Boardman graduated from the University
of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 1988 with a B.A.
in psychology and political science. In 1992
Mr. Boardman graduated from the Detroit
College of Law with a juris doctorate. In
2006, Wayne State University School of Law
awarded Mr. Boardman a Masters of Law in
Taxation. Mr. Boardman’s Masters Thesis
entitled “A Comparison of the Efforts to Tax
Electronic Commerce in the United States and
the European Union”, was well received. Mr.
Boardman focuses his practice in the areas
of Commercial and
Personal
Injury litigation,
Employment Law,
Probate
litigation, Estate Planning, appellate work
as well as
Family
Law. Mr. Boardman has
often been selected as a case evaluator by
the Oakland County Case Evaluation
Department concerning complex commercial
disputes. Mr. Boardman was admitted to the
State Bar of Michigan and the United States
District Court for the Eastern District of
Michigan 1992. Mr. Boardman is a member of
the Oakland County Bar Association and
Business Network International where he has
held numerous leadership positions.

Michael E. Sawicky (Of Counsel)
Mr. Sawicky received his Juris Doctor degree
from the University of Detroit Mercy School
of Law and his Bachelor of Arts Degree from
Fordham University. He is licensed to
practice in all state courts in Michigan and
the United States District Court for the
Eastern District of Michigan. A former
Oakland County assistant prosecutor, he
provides representation in the area of state
and federal Criminal Defense. In
addition to his law practice, Mr. Sawicky
presides as a Magistrate in the 47th
District Court which covers the cities of
Farmington and
Farmington
Hills. He speaks
fluent Ukrainian.
James B. Bellamy (Of Counsel)
Mr. Bellamy received his Juris Doctor from
Thomas M. Cooley Law School and his Bachelor
of Arts Degree from Wayne State University.
He is licensed to practice in all state
courts in Michigan and the United States
District Court for the Eastern District of
Michigan. Mr. Bellamy provides
representation in criminal and general civil
matters in Wayne,
Macomb, Monroe, St. Clair,
Oakland and Genesee Counties.
