Legislators in Michigan recently repealed the state’s motorcycle helmet law that required all bikers to wear this vital piece of safety equipment. Now, only riders who are 21-year-old or younger must wear helmets. A new study has shown that this has led to more serious Michigan Auto Accident Injuries when motorcycles are involved.

Slip and fall accidents are a leading cause of workplace fatalities in the United States today. Data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics shows that in 2011, a total of 14 percent of all on-the-job deaths were the result of slips, trips, or falls.

A teen was killed and three other motorists were left with serious injuries following a Detroit Car Accident last week. Reports indicate the crash happened at approximately 3:20 p.m. last Monday, May 13, near the corner of Michigan Avenue and American Drive in the suburb of Dearborn.
