Speed is one of the leading contributing factors to fatal Michigan Car Accidents today. In fact, speeding is involved in roughly 30 percent of all motor vehicle collisions resulting in death in the state.

Recently, speed played a direct roll in a collision that claimed three lives in the Detroit area this weekend. According to a story published by The Detroit Free Press, the incident happened at around 12:30 a.m. on Sunday morning at the Lodge and Rosa Parks Boulevard.

Woman Charged in Connection with Fatal Michigan Car Accident

A 45-year-old woman is facing charges in connection with a fatal Michigan Auto Accident. Records indicate the crash occurred at 11:25 a.m. on April 29, at the intersection of Crawford Lake Road NE and County Road 612 in Kalkaska County.

A story released by M Live explains a 28-year-old coach was operating a van carrying the Grayling High School Golf team to a tournament. Michigan Supreme Court May Hear Case Related to Fatal Car Accident

The Michigan Supreme Court is examining whether they will hear a case stemming from a fatal Michigan Car Accident caused by a horse that escaped its enclosure. Records show the crash happened in 2010 along a highway 15 miles north of Petoskey in Emmet County, Michigan.

An article published by the Detroit Free Press explained a 42-year-old woman was driving along the highway when she came upon a horse in the road that had escaped from a nearby ranch. List Released of Top 20 Intersections Most Prone to Detroit Car Accidents

Thousands of Detroit Car Accidents occur each year. But new data shows that certain intersections see many more collisions than others. Records from the Southeast Michigan Council of Governments identify the top 20 most accident-prone intersections in the city.

According to an article from The Oakland Press, the list shows that the corner of Ford and Haggerty Roads as having the highest number of accidents last year, accounting for a total of 75 crashes last year. The intersection also had the highest average of crashes from 2008 to 2012 with 67 accidents.

Four Seriously Injured in Michigan Car Accident

A four vehicle collision in Oakfield Township earlier this week was responsible for leaving four people suffering from serious Michigan Car Accident Injuries. Records show the crash occurred around 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon along 14 Mile Road, near Podunk Road.
